PAYMENT


I accept payments made through Pay Pal. I will send you an invoice by email which allows you to pay directly from your Pay Pal account or with credit or debit cards.

I will accept cheques, however they will have to clear in the bank before I send you the item.


POSTAGE


At the moment ...postage to the U.K. is free.
I always obtain proof of postage.
Postage is at the customers risk and for your peace of mind recorded delivery can be added to your payment...it is only 78p.
I will post items within 1-3 days after payment received....I usually go to the post office every weekday.


POSTAGE OTHER THAN TO THE U.K........OVERSEAS....

Please message me if you wish to buy from anywhere other than the U.K...... I will post to other countries but postage will have to be paid in full and items sent by recorded delivery as items are more likely to go astray.   I will take your chosen items to the post office to have them weighed and charge you the actual price, plus the cost of packaging if it is larger than an A4 postage bag.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS


Please note that this is a tiny business and I do not offer refunds....I have never been asked to refund anyone.Please make sure you want the item you purchase before you commit to buy. Please ask any questions as I will be happy to answer.

Your satisfaction is very important to me...I want you to be happy  so please email me if there is any problem.

I will only refund on defective items.( I would never knowingly sell anything that was defective in any way.) The item must be returned in the condition in which you received it. (Unused,unwashed,no cigarette or other odours,alterations etc. I will only refund items that have been returned to me within 30 days of receipt . Please email first to discuss any returns,repairs,refunds etc.
